Stores d’Aujourd’hui (865 Maloney Blvd East, Gatineau, QC J8P 1H3) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect on this website, why, and how to exercise your rights under Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).
Person in charge of personal information

What we collect and why
- Quote requests. Name, phone, email, city, postal code, project details and any photos you choose to attach. We use them only to reply to you and prepare your quote.
- Communications. What you send us by email or phone, to follow up on your request.
- Visit statistics (only if you accept cookies). Pages viewed, device type, approximate location, through Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager, to understand and improve how the site is used.
- Map. The Google Maps map in the footer only loads if you accept cookies. Google may then collect your IP address.
- Chat. If you use the chat window (provided by Kinlink), the messages you type, and your voice or camera only if you allow them, are processed to answer your questions.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.

On your first visit, a banner asks for your consent. If you decline, no analytics cookies and no Google map are loaded. You can change your mind at any time:
Who has access
Only Stores d’Aujourd’hui staff handling your request can access your information. We rely on providers to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting and form), Resend (delivering form emails), Google (email, analytics, map) and Kinlink (chat). Some of these providers may process data outside Quebec, including in the United States. They may only use it to provide their service to us.
Retention
Quote requests are kept as long as needed to follow up and serve your customer file, then securely destroyed. Information tied to a sale is kept for as long as tax laws require.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to the person in charge above. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, and requests sent through the form are not stored on the site: they are delivered straight to our mailbox.
