What we get asked most
How long does a custom blind take to manufacture?
Typically 2 to 4 weeks from the measurement visit, depending on fabric and mechanism. We confirm the exact timeline on the written quote.
Do I have to measure my windows myself?
No. On request, a specialist comes to measure each window accurate to 1/8 inch. It's included in the estimate.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Fabrication is warrantied for life. Mechanisms follow the manufacturer's warranty, typically 5 to 10 years. Somfy motorization is warrantied for 5 years.
Can I motorize existing blinds?
Often yes, if the mechanism is compatible. We assess on site and suggest the most discreet option. Remote, app, or full home-automation integration.
