What happens between your call and finished windows
We've kept the same process for forty years for two reasons: it avoids surprises, and it leaves you in control at every step. Here's how it works, in order.

STEP 01
Showroom visit
Walk into 865 Maloney Blvd East. No appointment needed. We look at your photos, talk light, budget, and privacy. You touch the fabrics, work the mechanisms, compare finishes. No pressure: half our visitors leave with a quote in mind, the other half go home to think.

STEP 02
In-home measurement
A measurer comes to your home, anywhere in the Outaouais or Ottawa area. We measure each window to the millimetre, note the quirks (mouldings, radiators, baseboard heaters), and take the photos the workshop will use. Free, no commitment.

STEP 03
Line-by-line quote
You get a quote broken down item by item: product, chosen fabric, mechanism, install. No vague package pricing, no surprises at delivery. We walk you through the options (motorization, blackout lining, child-safe hardware) so you decide what's worth it in your home.
Quote valid 30 days, yours to keep as a reference.

STEP 04
Final fabric selection at home
Once the quote is approved, we bring the final samples to your home. A fabric never judges the same in a showroom: it's the natural light in your room, at 3 pm on a Tuesday, that decides. We look together at how each option behaves, full sun to dusk.

STEP 05
Workshop fabrication
We cut, sew and assemble in Gatineau, never at a subcontractor's. The same team that greeted you follows your order from end to end: they hold the exact measurement, the note about the radiator, the thread reference.
Typical lead time: 3 to 5 weeks depending on product. Urgent repairs handled separately.

STEP 06
Install by our team
Our install team mounts, adjusts, and walks each blind through with you before leaving. We show you the care routine, leave the warranty cards, take the packaging with us. A month later, we call to make sure everything holds like day one.
